Terms and Conditions of Tahitian Open WCS and its gala

• Each attendee registered for the Tahitian Open WCS event must have its own personal pass, which already includes the entry to the gala on Saturday, April 26, 2025. Registration is possible online www.havaiin.com/swing or at our registration desk from Wednesday April 23 to Saturday April 26.
• Passes are sold in Pacific francs ; their price may be subject to bank fees depending on the country of purchase and its currency.
• To enjoy our event, each trainee must check in at our registration desk and get a specific wrist band. This wrist band will be checked by our volunteers each time a trainee would like to enter inside any of our available ballrooms (Matatia Ballroom or Tetavake Venue or Taapuna Restaurant). Please show this wrist band kindly and respectfully.
• Other attendees who would like to enjoy only the Saturday night gala, can buy a gala ticket - one ticket per person – online www.havaiin.com/TOWCSgala. If the event is not sold out, last tickets will be sold at our registration desk too.
• Each holder of a gala ticket must check in at our registration desk and get a specific wrist band for the Saturday night gala at Taapuna restaurant ONLY. This wrist band will be checked by our volunteers when entering the Taapuna Restaurant. Please show this wrist band kindly and respectfully.
• For all orders, a confirmation email AND a QR Code will be sent by Havai’in ticket office. No QR Code means that the order has not been registered. It is therefore imperative to follow all the steps again for a correct order, and press "Validate" button at the very end.

• For any cancellation reason by attendees, no refund will be granted.
• In return, the organizer will offer
           -  Either a credit on the next Tahitian Open WCS. Pass or gala ticket credit will be confirmed by email according to the current order.

         -  Either to transfer the pass or the gala ticket to someone chosen by attendees.

• Each trainee may submit a request to transfer his/her pass to someone else, whose full name and contact details must be specified to the organizer at [email protected]. The trainee who transfers a pass must ensure the pass is reimbursed by the person they have designated to be replaced by.
• Each attendee holding a gala ticket may submit a request to transfer his/her ticket to someone else, whose full name and contact details must be specified to the organizer at
  [email protected]. The attendee who transfers his/her gala ticket must ensure that the ticket is reimbursed by the designated person.
• If the event is sold out, the organizer may suggest transferring a pass or a gala ticket to the person registered in order of priority on the list. Otherwise, the attendee has to find a substitute on his/her own.
• If a trainee is unable to attend the gala evening, he/she cannot transfer his/her pass just for the gala.

• For any reason of cancellation by the organizer, the pass or the gala ticket will be fully refunded minus Havai’in ticket office fees.
• Refunds will be processed within two to six months from the date of cancellation of the event.

• In case of cancellation by the organizer, refunds will be credited by the same payment method used when purchasing the ticket or by bank transfer.
• The processing time for refunds is two to six months. A refund confirmation email will be sent following processing.
